Physically handicapped, visuallyimpaired, hearing impaired, mentally at the age of 65% I now ask the coming constitution to consider these people and theseare what I would to be put into. Education, starting from nursery schools, primary, secondary up to the up to the capable levelshould have special funds for these disabled children. These are in two groups. We have persons with disabilities and a child ofa person with disability who is also to be considered by the constitution.Also, should have equal opportunities for training. They are capable to go for training and then equal opportunities to jobopportunities to every sector then we come to political basis. We need to have special seats separated in the political basis.Civic, parliamentary and presidential. According to these groups of mine should be five. Parliament five groups, five seats. I amstill adding some. In percentage, we need at least 25% to be considered.Also, these children because they are near to the mother’s concept. A mother who brings up a disabled person should also beconsidered because he is the host of the disabled person.Then, we have to have funds for bursaries which will cater the education of the disabled children. Then, we have these otheraccess like transport. In via cause, when a disabled person is in this hear cause, there is a person which is capable but becausehe is called a big man you can see a disabled person with crashes. They ask to give a chair to a person who is capable ofholding but him being taken out of the seat whereby he cannot stand the momentum of the movement of the object because hehas no respect just because of his discrimination.
