Food is important! The fresh sea air makes you hungry.<br />
Fresh fish from sea, fjord and river, the crops growing<br />
in the fields, and the wild berries found in nature have<br />
dominated the dinner tables of West Jutland for very many<br />
years, and today these raw ingredients and the traditions<br />
surrounding them have been turned to benefit our guests<br />
and visitors.<br />
Many eating places have local raw ingredients on their<br />
menus, mixing them with the global kitchen so that<br />
everything is available here from the good old-fashioned<br />
