Sleeve Wheel Choke
This technique is also applied from the front. Put your right forearm
against your opponent's throat and your left forearm against the back of his
neck. Grasp your right lower sleeve with your left hand and thrust your
right hand into the right side of his neck. Apply pressure by making circular
