Section 12.15. Native and Approved Non-Native Trees
A species listed below shall constitute an approved native or non-native tree.
Trees with a DBH of less than two and one-half inches and below 10 feet in height, and
trees which are diseased or weakened by age or injury shall not qualify as approved
native or non-native trees for the purpose of replacement.
