length, the length <strong>of</strong> a mobile home is the distance from the exterior wall<br />

nearest to the drawbar and the coupling mechanism to the exterior <strong>of</strong> the<br />

wall at the opposite end <strong>of</strong> the home where such walls enclose living or<br />

other space.<br />

(150) MODULAR HOME<br />

A dwelling unit which is constructed in compliance with Building Code<br />

requirements and composed <strong>of</strong> components substantially assembled in<br />

an <strong>of</strong>f site manufacturing plant and transported to the building site for<br />

final assembly on a permanent foundation. See manufactured housing.<br />

(151) MULTI-FAMILY<br />

Three or more attached single family dwelling units located on a single<br />

lot <strong>of</strong> record.<br />

(152) MULTI-USE COMPLEX<br />

A group <strong>of</strong> separate buildings operating under a common name or<br />

management; a single building containing multiple uses where there are<br />

specific exterior entrances for individual uses; or a group <strong>of</strong> uses on<br />

separate but adjoining properties that request treatment as a multi-use<br />

complex.<br />

(153) NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL FUELING STATIONS<br />

Neighborhood Fueling Stations, by definition, permit retail sale <strong>of</strong> fuel<br />

and convenience products and minor service and repair <strong>of</strong> motor<br />

vehicles.<br />

(a) Neighborhood Fueling Stations have no more than two fueling<br />

pumps per service island.<br />

(b) Buildings shall meet the design, building and architectural<br />

provision <strong>of</strong> Article 7.<br />

(c) Fueling pumps, canopies and associated service areas are<br />

prohibited in any required yard.<br />

(154) NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL USE<br />

Commercial activities which include retail sales establishments,<br />

restaurants, inns, and convenience stores which are designed and/or<br />

operated to service the daily needs <strong>of</strong> the residents <strong>of</strong> the surrounding<br />

neighborhood.<br />

(155) NEIGHBORHOOD STORES<br />

All neighborhood stores shall have at least two occupiable stories with at<br />

least 50% <strong>of</strong> the habitable area <strong>of</strong> the building dedicated to residential or<br />

<strong>of</strong>fice use. The remainder <strong>of</strong> the building may be used for neighborhood<br />

commercial uses. The building may contain additional uses including a<br />

cafe, a contract post <strong>of</strong>fice, an automatic bank teller and a newsstand. No<br />

uses associated with the operation <strong>of</strong> a gas station are permitted. All<br />

buildings constructed shall meet the requirements <strong>of</strong> Article 7.<br />

(156) NIGHTCLUB<br />
