(216) SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA<br />

Any antenna including any supporting structure designed to receive or<br />

transmit visual and/or verbal signals via orbiting satellites or similar<br />

sources, excluding microwave antennae.<br />

(217) SCHOOL<br />

A public or private institution for education or learning including athletic<br />

or recreational facilities, which does not include lodging.<br />

(218) SEDIMENT<br />

Solid particulate mineral or organic matter transported by water, air, or<br />

ice.<br />

(219) SETBACK<br />

The shortest horizontal distance from the property line or right-<strong>of</strong>-way<br />

to the nearest point [leading edge] <strong>of</strong> the structure or its supporting<br />

member whichever is nearest to the property line or right-<strong>of</strong>-way.<br />

(220) SHADE TREE<br />

Any large maturing tree which provides a crown width sufficient to shade<br />

a minimum <strong>of</strong> 1,200 square feet.<br />

A small accessory structure used for storage or for a workshop and not<br />

designed or to be used for human habitation.<br />

A business or retail use. The facade <strong>of</strong> a shopfront is aligned directly on<br />

should separate the signage from the facade below.<br />

An outdoor dining area on a public sidewalk, abutting a restaurant. Such<br />

restaurant provides table service in the outdoor dining area.<br />
