Real property and fixtures subject to the provisions <strong>of</strong> this Ordinance.<br />

(199) PUBLIC<br />

Anything owned or operated by the federal government, state<br />

government, or any political subdivision.<br />

(200) PUBLIC ALLEY<br />

A public way permanently reserved as a secondary means <strong>of</strong> access to<br />

abutting property.<br />

(201) PUBLIC HEARING<br />

A meeting advertised in the local printed media, or as otherwise required<br />

by statute, concerning proposed ordinances or amendments which<br />

require public input.<br />

(202) PUBLIC SAFETY STATION<br />

Police, fire and rescue stations<br />

(203) PUBLIC STREET<br />

Any public right <strong>of</strong> way used for vehicular traffic that is permanently<br />

maintained by the <strong>City</strong> or State <strong>of</strong> Florida and is open to all traffic.<br />

(204) PUBLIC UTILITIES<br />

Above ground or underground publicly licensed utilities including water,<br />

sanitary sewer collection and distribution line, natural gas, cable<br />

television, stormwater drainage, or electrical services and any associated<br />

structures such as pumping stations, treatment plants, transformer<br />

stations.<br />

(205) QUADRANGLES<br />

A rectangular area, such as a courtyard, enclosed by buildings.<br />

(206) RECREATIONAL FACILITIES<br />

An area <strong>of</strong> land or combination <strong>of</strong> land and water resources for public use<br />

that is developed for active and/or passive recreational pursuits with<br />

various manmade features that accommodate such activities. Such areas<br />

shall be designed in the form <strong>of</strong> playgrounds, parks, squares, greenbelts,<br />

and parkways. They shall be designed to serve the immediate<br />

neighborhood in which they are located, or can be regional in scope,<br />

serving several neighborhoods.<br />

(207) RECREATIONAL VEHICLE<br />

A vehicle designed primarily for use as a temporary living quarters for<br />

recreational, camping, travel, or seasonal use.<br />

(208) REMOTE DOCKING FACILITIES<br />

A dock or multiple docks where no principal use exists on the upland<br />

property directly adjoining the facility, or the adjacent property does not<br />
