(106) HABITABLE VEHICLE<br />
Habitable vehicle means any vehicle, motorized or otherwise, designed,<br />
converted or arranged in such manner as to be capable <strong>of</strong> being<br />
inhabited or dwelt in. Such vehicles shall include but are not limited to<br />
vans, step vans, conventional recreational vehicles, campers, motor<br />
homes and mobile homes.<br />
(107) HEALTH CARE FACILITY<br />
A facility or institution, whether public or private, principally engaged in<br />
providing services for health maintenance and the treatment <strong>of</strong> mental or<br />
physical conditions. Health care facilities include general or specialty<br />
hospitals, public health centers, diagnostic centers, treatment centers,<br />
rehabilitation centers, extended care facilities, long-term care facilities,<br />
residential health care facilities, outpatient clinics and dispensaries. They<br />
may include laundries, cafeterias, gift shops, laboratories and medical<br />
<strong>of</strong>fices as accessory uses.<br />
(108) HEDGE<br />
Hedge means a row <strong>of</strong> closely planted shrubs or low-growing trees<br />
forming a fence or boundary.<br />
(109) HELISTOP<br />
An area designed to be used for the landing or take<strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> one helicopter,<br />
the temporary parking <strong>of</strong> one helicopter, and other facilities as may be<br />
required by federal and state regulations, but not including operation<br />
facilities such as maintenance, storage, fueling or terminal facilities.<br />
(110) HEIGHT<br />
The vertical distance from the Base Flood Elevation [BFE] to the highest<br />
point <strong>of</strong> the ro<strong>of</strong> structure in all districts unless otherwise defined.<br />
(111) HISTORIC STRUCTURE<br />
Any structure designated or eligible for designation on the National<br />
Register for Historic Places, Florida Master Site File, or local listing.<br />
(112) HOME OCCUPATION [LIMITED]<br />
An occupation carried on in a dwelling by the resident, provided that the<br />
use is limited in extent and incidental and secondary to the use <strong>of</strong> the<br />
dwelling for residential purposes and does not change the character<br />
there<strong>of</strong>.<br />
(113) HOTEL/MOTEL/INN<br />
A building or group <strong>of</strong> buildings containing sleeping rooms for rental or<br />
occupancy to temporary guests.<br />
(114) HYBRID BIKE PATH<br />
A hybrid bike path shall be a minimum <strong>of</strong> 14 feet wide, but no wider than<br />
14 feet 9 inches, not including the gutter. Hybrid bike paths must have<br />
standard FDOT markings.<br />
