*Manpower is the most important issue to be addressed. First of all there is
need to thorough cadre review of all categories of posts. Field functionaries at
block level is must to generate a comprehensive & authentic data base on
various health indicators and that assignment will be handled by Block
Statistical Officer of Department of Economics & Statistics.
2 Proposed Building infrastructure:
It is prime responsibility of the Head of Department to ensure sufficient
accommodation at Head Quarter and District offices.
