i) Due to different file structure & data processing platforms at the state level,
it is time consuming to convert NSSO data filed in to state sample.
ii) Necessary guidelines for pooling have to be provided by NSSO.
iii) Training workshops have to be organised by NSSO to help pooling.

Publication has been brought out from the 60 th Round regularly
f) Interaction with other organisations
DES interacts regularly with NSSO (FOD) for all field activities
g) Data flow
The basic data comes from the field. The investigators collect the data from the
field and it flows to the District Statistical Offices from where the data are
received at Head Quarters of the DES.
h) Manpower
This is given in the table below:
