As can be seen in Table 14, the majority <strong>of</strong> boys, in both grade 8 and in grade 11,<br />

generated definitions <strong>of</strong> a<strong>do</strong>lescent <strong>depression</strong> in the constructs Depressed Mood, Social<br />

Impairment, and Sadness with greater percentages <strong>of</strong> COAD units contributed by grade 8 boys in<br />

each <strong>of</strong> these constructs. Regarding the subcategory Inner Pain, 23% <strong>of</strong> grade 8 boys provided a<br />
