(a) a certified administrator(s), as specified in Title 22, Sections<br />

84064.2, 84064.3, <strong>and</strong> 84090(h)(1)(A-I), for a minimum <strong>of</strong> 20<br />

hours per week for each 6-bed GH site <strong>and</strong> a full-time<br />

administrator for each GH program with a licensed capacity<br />

<strong>of</strong> 7 or more [MPP, Section 11-402.211(a)(5)(C)(ii)];<br />

(b) a qualified social worker(s) with a caseload(s) <strong>of</strong> not more<br />

than 12 Placed <strong>Children</strong> [MPP, Section 11-402.212(a)];<br />

(c) a qualified facility manager at the facility at all times when<br />

one or more Placed <strong>Children</strong> are present [Title 22, Division 6,<br />

Sections 84065(d) <strong>and</strong> 84065.2(a)(1)(A)];<br />

(d) the minimum number <strong>of</strong> qualified child care <strong>and</strong> supervision<br />

staff with sufficient expertise to supervise, protect <strong>and</strong> care<br />

for the Placed <strong>Children</strong> individually <strong>and</strong> in groups at all times<br />

[Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 5, Sections 84065.2(b) <strong>and</strong><br />

84065.5(c)];<br />

(e) a qualified program consultant to provide at least monthly<br />

consultation regarding program Services for programs that<br />

serve mentally disordered or developmentally disabled<br />

children [Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 5, Sections 84065(f)<br />

<strong>and</strong> (g)]; <strong>and</strong><br />

(f) for CONTRACTORS serving developmentally disabled<br />

children, either: (1) the number <strong>of</strong> qualified Direct Support<br />

Pr<strong>of</strong>essionals (DSP) approved by Regional Center; or (2) for<br />

programs not vendored by Regional Center, the number <strong>of</strong><br />

DSPs/child care <strong>and</strong> supervision workers approved by<br />

DCFS/Probation.<br />

5.3.3 The CONTRACTOR shall provide sufficient hours <strong>of</strong> child-care<br />

supervision <strong>and</strong> social work, mental health, <strong>and</strong> consultation<br />

Services by qualified persons to adequately maintain the program’s<br />

Rate Classification Level (RCL).<br />

5.4 Social Worker/Mental Health Staff Duties:<br />

The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that:<br />

(a) The GH social worker or mental health pr<strong>of</strong>essional is present at the<br />

GH facility when the treatment team staff <strong>and</strong> Placed <strong>Children</strong> are<br />

normally present <strong>and</strong> awake during weekdays;<br />

(b) The GH social worker completes or ensures the completion <strong>of</strong>:<br />

(1) obtaining, developing, <strong>and</strong> recording the information as specified<br />

in Title 22, Section 84<strong>07</strong>0; (2) completing an intake study as specified<br />

in Title 22, Section 84068.1; (3) developing the Needs <strong>and</strong> Services<br />
