How <strong>of</strong>ten should my social Usually once a month. In the first month <strong>of</strong> placement, your<br />

worker be visiting? social worker should visit at least two or three times. If you're<br />

in a long-term, stable placement, visits can be less frequent,<br />

but never less than once every six months. 60 If you're in a<br />

group home, your social worker must visit you every month. 61<br />

If you ask to see your social worker, he or she must come to<br />

see you.<br />

Can I visit my parents, Yes. You have a right to visit with your parents 62 <strong>and</strong><br />

gr<strong>and</strong>parents <strong>and</strong> other relatives gr<strong>and</strong>parents 63 unless there is some reason why it is not in<br />
