prior to fitment bill voucher to be submitted

Refer to QAP : QCL074QAP001 for AC/DC Motor
(i) Checks during removal and opening inspection,
Check for technical details of removed / opened
Alternator for any damage /missing /
abnormalities . Check for serviceability / condition
of Alternator for to ascertain the serviceability of
each components to undertake repair/ overhaul /
renewal. ii) Check for old & New bearings to be QC

checked before fitment at QC bearing Lab. iii)
Check winding ohmic values & insulation of
winding. iv) Check for overhauling and cleaning of
all by CTC / alcohol / petrol Alternator parts like
body, winding, rotor, shaft, rocker Arms, carbon
brusher & Defective parts to be renewed as per
sample and reputed / OEM make conforming IS. v
) Carbon brusher to be renewed as per grade &
size confirming IS vi) If winding found burnt/over
heated/Zero insulation (Not improved even
overhauling) to be rewound as per original data. vii
) New procured winding wire to be QC checked in
DYT/INCOD/12­13/106(a)/PL­YCM/MADHUR­REFIT/420 69/127
