Activity Description­ Remove the Valves (13 Nos.)
from their location prior permission of ss. Dismantle
the valves. Renew the defective parts as per
opening inspection report of QC rep., after
confirming the parent material. The renewed parts
material to be tested in NABL in presence of QC
rep. Gaskets, seals etc to be renewed. Valves to be
overhauled and pressure tested after setting at
designed pressure.
E­20026 Renew 07 in nos M/E & DG Exhaust drain pipes
with all end fittings as per sample. End Fittings 09,
Dia 15 mm ,Length 15 mtrs, Material MS (ASTM
106 Gr.B. or Eqv),Test pressure 1.7 kg/cm2
Activity Description­ Procure the material
(Material MS (ASTM 106 Gr.B. or Eqv), confirm the
material from NABL Lab in presence of QC rep.
Manufacture the fittings and manufacture the pipes
as per sample and pressure test.
E­20027 Renew Main engine and DG Exhaust drain valves,
dia ­15 mm (NB), Mat­ Gun metal, Test pressure­
1.7 kg/cm2. Qty 05
Activity Description­ Procure the valves and
submit the Mill certificate and purchase voucher to
QC rep. pressure test the valves.
