Activity Description
Dismantle pump completely clean all the parts
visual inspection, if any wear, scoring is observed
on the gears the set must be renewed. Scoring
observed on the spool the valve must be renewed,
carry out the internal leakages test if exceed the
same must be renewed refer the OEM manual for
data. Check the solenoid coil, spring and seal
renew if require, carryout painting post trials.
Defect Description
Overhauling (3000 Hourly routines) of air
compressors through authorized dealer only and
offer trials on completion. Prove the compressor
post completion.

Activity Description
Dismantle completely, clean all parts, gauge all
bearings, piston dia, cylinder bore, renew piston
rings set, clean the LO sump, clean LO level
indicator, intermediate cooler, safety valve to be set
to the desired pressure, valve reed to be renewed
along with the spring plate. Balancing of the
flywheel, renew the belts if damaged. Carry out
painting post trials.
