Remove old valves, replace those with new ones as
per given specification and pressure test them in
the presence of QC (E) Inspector.

The following steering hydraulic system LP/HP
connection (with flexible pipe/hose) to be renewed
as per sample.
(a) HP connection to maneuvering ( size 28 mm
working pressure 40 kg/cm 2 ) Qty 02
(b) HP connection to Hand pump ( size 28 mm
working pressure 40 kg/cm 2 ) Qty 02
(c) LP flexible Hose ( size 15 mm working
pressure 10 kg/cm 2 ) Qty 01
E­20025 Activity Description
Remove above mentioned old hoses, replace them
with new ones as per sample, carry out the
hydraulic pressure testing at test pressure at (a)60
kg/cm 2 (b) 60 kg/cm 2 (c) 15 kg/cm 2 respectively and
offer to QC (E) inspection.

Air operated pneumatic horn/siren to be renewed
along with strainer, horn valve, isolating cock and
limiting valve, and to be proven. (Make­M/s
