Defect Description­
Remove, refit, overhaul and pressure test the
following:­
(a) Air bottle chest valve of air bottles (test pressure
600 PSI

(b) Two safety Valve (Set pressure 440 psi) ). Qty

(b) Reducing valve (30 / 7 bar) Qty 01
(c) Relief valve, Dia­ ½ inch, set limit­8 kg/cm2). Qty

(d) Air stop valve/ air system valve (Mat­GM), dia ­½
inch ). Qty 05
(e) Renewal 02 inch dial pressure gauge (0 to 1000
PSI) with isolating valve. ). Qty 02
Activity Description­ Remove the Valves (13 Nos.)
from their location prior permission of ss. Dismantle
the valves. Renew the defective parts as per
opening inspection report of QC rep., after
confirming the parent material. The renewed parts
material to be tested in NABL in presence of QC
rep. Gaskets, seals etc to be renewed. Valves to be
overhauled and pressure tested after setting at
designed pressure.

Renewal of 06 in no. Sea water strainers (Mat­ Gun
metal/Bronze) as per sample
(a) 100mm dia x 235 mm in length). Qty 02
(b) 70mm dia x 150 mm in length. ). Qty 04
Activity Description­ Procure the material (Mat­
Gun metal/Bronze) confirm the material from NABL
Lab in presence of QC rep. Manufacture the
strainers as per sample/size
