Use of Multi-Rater Feedback<br />

in the Assimilation Process<br />

Once the client has been in the job long enough for people to<br />

know him or her sufficiently (perhaps six months or so), the coach<br />

may find it useful to provide feedback from assessments such as<br />

360-degree feedback tools. This really helps the new executive<br />

understand how others such as the boss, peers, and direct reports
