Components of the <strong>Coaching</strong> Program<br />
<strong>The</strong> executive coaching program will consist of the following components:<br />
• <strong>The</strong> creation of a comprehensive development action<br />
plan<br />
• Direct observations of leadership behaviors with direct<br />
reports during team meetings<br />
• Conducting interviews with selected employees<br />
• Administration of appropriate assessment and survey<br />
instruments<br />
• Scheduled, one-on-one coaching sessions with [name<br />
of client] that incorporate feedback from direct observations,<br />
interviews, and development plan objectives<br />
Confidentiality<br />
<strong>The</strong> coach-client discussions are confidential. Either the coach<br />
or the client will periodically provide a status report to [the supervisor,<br />
<strong>HR</strong> professional, or both] to confirm that the coaching<br />
continues on schedule and toward its objectives.<br />
Time Frame and Fees<br />
<strong>The</strong> executive coaching program will begin [month, day, year] and<br />
will be completed [month, day, year]. <strong>The</strong> program will require the<br />
equivalent of [X] days per month and the total rate for the project<br />
will be [$XXXXX]. [X] percentage of this total amount will be billed<br />
