Anna Marie Valerio is president of <strong>Executive</strong> Leadership Strategies,<br />
LLC, a consulting firm specializing in executive coaching and<br />
the design and implementation of human resource and organization<br />
development solutions. Her areas of expertise include leadership<br />
development, organization and individual assessment, executive<br />
education strategy, and performance management.<br />
Dr. Valerio’s background includes consulting experience with<br />
<strong>For</strong>tune 500 clients representing nearly every industrial sector.<br />
Prior to consulting, she held professional roles at IBM, Sony, and<br />
Verizon. She holds a Ph.D. in psychology from <strong>The</strong> City University<br />
of New York. Dr. Valerio is a member of the Society for Industrial-<br />
Organizational Psychology.<br />
Robert J. Lee is a management consultant in private practice in<br />
New York City. He serves as a coach to executives regarding leadership<br />
and managerial effectiveness. From 1994 to 1997, he was<br />
president and CEO of the Center for Creative Leadership, the<br />
world’s largest leadership development and research organization.<br />
<strong>For</strong> the prior twenty years, he was with Lee Hecht Harrison, an<br />
international career services and consulting firm, of which he was<br />
a founder.<br />
