Organizational Behaviour<br />
The Business Administration Principles of<br />
Organizational Behaviour course is an introduction<br />

processes. Organizational dynamics are examined<br />
with a view to creating an effective working<br />
environment from a human perspective.<br />

in regards to evaluating the business environment,<br />
market segmentation, market research, and strategy<br />
choices. The marketing mix or product, price, place<br />
of distribution, and promotion will be discussed<br />

An introduction to management accounting<br />
concepts, including job order and process costing,<br />

ADMN 297 Developing a Business Plan<br />
This course examines the details and components<br />
of a comprehensive business plan. Business plans<br />
are a written analysis of what a business hopes<br />
to accomplish and how it intends to organize its<br />
resources to achieve those goals. Students will<br />
produce a business plan with the objective of<br />
using the plan as a vehicle for operating a business<br />
and measuring progress toward goals.<br />

COMM 241 Financial Accounting II<br />
The Business Administration Financial Accounting<br />
II course is the next financial accounting<br />
course, reviewing and enlarging upon concepts<br />

upon financial statements. Topics include: <strong>ca</strong>pital<br />
and intangible assets, current and long-Semester<br />
liabilities, partnership accounting, accounting for<br />
corporate transactions, notes and bonds payable,<br />
the <strong>ca</strong>sh flow statement, and financial statement<br />
