hours before yourself, Mr. Haeg, Mrs. Haeg, Tom Stepnosky, Tony Zellers, Kayla Haeg, Cassie<br />

Haeg, Drew Hilterbrand and Jake Jedlicki were committed to fly to McGrath to execute it<br />

19. Did you know Mr. Haeg was flying Mr. Zellers in from Illinois, Drew Hilterbrand<br />

from Silver Salmon Creek, taking Mr. Jedlicki from work, Kayla Haeg from school and costing<br />

Mr. Haeg nearly $6000.00 in airfare, hotel, and driving expenses to comply with the Rule 11<br />

agreement<br />

pm November 8, 2004 that you had just hours before received a fax from Mr. Leaders which<br />

contained “bad news” Did you inform all <strong>of</strong> them that the bad news was that the charges Mr.<br />

Haeg was to plead to in McGrath the next morning had been changed too much harsher ones<br />

21. Did Mr. Haeg ask you how could this be after your assurances in the days before<br />

this could not happen<br />

Hilterbrand, Jake Jedlicki, Kayla Haeg, and Cassie Haeg that because <strong>of</strong> the new charges they<br />

shouldn’t go to McGrath for the completion <strong>of</strong> the Rule 11 agreement on November 9, 2004<br />
