THE STATE OF ALASKA CHARGES:<br />

Count I<br />

That on or about March 5, 2004, at or near McGrath in the Fourth Judicial District, <strong>State</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>, David Haeg, a licensed registered guide, and Tony Zellers, "a licensed assistant guide,<br />

did knowingly commit a violation <strong>of</strong> a state game regulation; to wit: did take a wolf while<br />

airborne.<br />

All <strong>of</strong> which is a Class A Misdemeanor <strong>of</strong>fense being contrary to and in violation <strong>of</strong> AS<br />

8.54.720(a)(8)(A) and 5 AAC 92.085(8) and against the peace and dignity <strong>of</strong> the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>.<br />

Count II<br />

That on or about March 6, 2004, at or near McGrath in the Fourth Judicial District, <strong>State</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>, David Haeg, a licensed registered guide, and Tony Zellers, a licensed assistant guide,<br />

did knowingly commit a violation <strong>of</strong> a state game regulation; to wit: did take a wolf while<br />

airborne.<br />
