Haeg: because we had a binding deal<br />

Robinson: but not if<br />

Haeg: and Brent Cole never raised his hand at arraignment and says we had a deal your honor<br />

and anytime your attorney fails...<br />

Robinson: I see<br />

Haeg: to represent you he’s done – he’s finished. Do you agree<br />

Robinson: Well no I can think <strong>of</strong> times when I would failed to represent somebody and I<br />

may be done but not necessarily...<br />

Haeg: If your whole life was resting on a deal that you’d had given up everything and your<br />

attorney failed to at arraignment before the judge and say that we had a deal you think that would<br />

represent a breach <strong>of</strong> my attorneys representing me<br />

Robinson: I can only say this – if I was convinced that we had a binding agreement with the<br />

<strong>State</strong> and at the moment <strong>of</strong> pleading or whatever on the charges the <strong>State</strong> changed it’s mind, I<br />

would say “your honor I thought we had an agreement”.<br />

Haeg: Would most reasonable attorneys say that<br />

Robinson: I think so.<br />

Haeg: So when Brent didn’t what does that make him – an unreasonable attorney<br />

Robinson: No...<br />
