That on or about March 22, 2004, at or near McGrath in the Fourth Judicial District, <strong>State</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>, David Haeg, a licensed registered guide, and Tony Zellers, a licensed assistant guide,<br />
did knowingly commit a violation <strong>of</strong> a state game regulation; to wit: did take a wolf while<br />
airborne.<br />
All <strong>of</strong> which is a Class A Misdemeanor <strong>of</strong>fense being contrary to and in violation <strong>of</strong> AS<br />
8.54.720(a)(8)(A) and 5 AAC 92.085(8) and against the peace and dignity <strong>of</strong> the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>.<br />
Count V<br />
That on or about March 23, 2004, at or near McGrath in the Fourth Judicial District, <strong>State</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>, David Haeg, a licensed registered guide, and Tony Zellars, a licensed assistant guide,<br />

That on or about March 5, 2004 through March 6, 2004, at or near McGrath in the Fourth<br />
Judicial District, <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>, David Haeg and Tony Zellars knowingly possessed wolf hides<br />
which they knew or should have known were taken in violation state game laws.<br />
All <strong>of</strong> which is a Class A Misdemeanor <strong>of</strong>fense being contrary to and in violation <strong>of</strong> 5<br />
AAC 92.140(a) and against the peace and dignity <strong>of</strong> the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>.<br />
Count VII<br />
That on or about March 21, 2004 through March 23, 2004, at or near McGrath in the<br />
Fourth Judicial District, <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>, David Haeg and Tony Zellars knowingly possessed<br />
wolf hides which they knew or should have known were taken in violation state game laws.<br />
All <strong>of</strong> which is a Class A Misdemeanor <strong>of</strong>fense being contrary to and in violation <strong>of</strong> 5<br />
AAC 92.140(a) and against the peace and dignity <strong>of</strong> the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>.<br />
Count VIII<br />
That on or about March 21, 2004, at or near McGrath in the Fourth Judicial District, <strong>State</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>, David Haeg, with the intent to mislead a public servant in the course <strong>of</strong> performance<br />
<strong>of</strong> a duty, did submit a false written statement which the person does not believe to be true on a<br />
form bearing notice, authorized by law, that false statements made in it are punishable; to wit:<br />
did make a false statement on an <strong>Alaska</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Fish and Game Furbearer Sealing<br />
Certificate.<br />
All <strong>of</strong> which is a Class A Misdemeanor <strong>of</strong>fense being contrary to and in violation <strong>of</strong> AS<br />
11.56.210(a)(2) and against the peace and dignity <strong>of</strong> the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>.<br />
61
