OSTERMAN: But I say it’s not something that I’m interested in bringing –<br />
HAEG: They told me that the brief was almost done – written. And…<br />

HAEG: … that’s the information I got. So I’m just sitting here going – I have all this stuff<br />
that I think is horribly important and I’m not being taken seriously and I understand how we both<br />
have two ways that we look at it but you know I’m – uh I guess I’ll put it this way uh – uh Dale<br />
Dolifka said “under no circumstances should I hire another attorney in the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong>”. He<br />
said go outside the <strong>State</strong>, get a huge firm, come back in, and wipe these guy’s ass. Because here I<br />
am – he said if it happened once shame on the attorneys, if it happened twice shame on me. He<br />
says don’t do it again. We tried. I have stacks <strong>of</strong> information on firms down in the – you know<br />
down in Washington state and Oregon and stuff 6 inches high. I’ve had some <strong>of</strong> my attorney<br />
friends or - or client friends that are multimillionaires have their law firms check into people for<br />
me. So…<br />
