OSTERMAN: It appeared to me that Mr. Haeg had not committed one way or the other when an<br />

amended information was filed and the amended information contained information provided by<br />

Haeg uh- as a result <strong>of</strong> rule 11 negotiations.<br />

ROM: Right<br />

MR. OSTERMAN: The initial rule 11 agreement I had heard had<br />

been accepted and then Scot filed an amended information that<br />

alleged new material that was –uh- received out <strong>of</strong> the rule 11<br />

negotiations.<br />

MR. ROM: And –uh- nobody ever informed you that the<br />

reason that happened is that Mr. Haeg insisted on going<br />

into open sentencing which could have given him a 5 year license<br />

suspension – exposure<br />
