805.2. The design, materials to be used and the location of the road delineators shall conform to<br />

Recommended Practice for <strong>Road</strong> Delineators, IRC: 79, and to relevant drawings or as otherwise<br />

directed by the Engineer.<br />

805.3. Measurements for Payment<br />

The measurement shall be made in numbers of delineators fixed at site.<br />

805.4. Rate<br />

The Contract unit rate for <strong>Road</strong> Delineators shall be payment in full compensation for furnishing all<br />

labour, materials, tools, equipment for preparing, supplying and fixing at site an d all oilier incidental<br />

costs necessary to complete the work to these <strong>Specification</strong>s.<br />

806.1. General<br />

806. BOUNDARY STONKS<br />

The work comprises of supplying and fixing boundary stones as per designs and <strong>Specification</strong>s given in<br />

IRC: 25 "Type Designs for Boundary Stones" and at locations indicated in the drawings or-as directed<br />

by the Engineer.<br />

806.2. Measurements for Payment<br />

The measurement shall be made in numbers of boundary stones fixed at site.<br />

806.3. Rate<br />

The Contract unit rate for boundary stones shall be payment in full compensation for furnishing all<br />

labour, materials, tools, equipment for preparing, supplying and fixing and all other incidental costs<br />

necessary to complete the work to these <strong>Specification</strong>s.<br />

807.1. General<br />

807. FENCING<br />

The work comprises of fixing Mild Steel (M.S.) posts and providing barbed wire fencing including<br />

necessary stays and entry gates as shown in the drawing (s) and as directed by the Engineer.<br />

807.2. The M.S. posts shall conform to IS:226 and shall be of angle iron of size indicated in the<br />

drawings. The angle iron shall be embedded in concrete to a sufficient depth below ground as indicated<br />

in the drawings. The steel shall be fabricated and painted to conform to Section 1900 of these<br />

<strong>Specification</strong>s.<br />

807.3. The barbed wire shall be of galvanised iron and shall conform to 15:278.<br />

807.4. Entry gate(s) shall be made of M.S. rods or other metal as per the design shown in the<br />

drawing(s).<br />

807.5. Measurements for Payment<br />

The measurement shall be in running metre of fencing including the entry gates.<br />
