It can blastor ripple, and theorists say it would take only one percent of its force to generateenough electricity for the entire world. What is it? The wind!Looking to the future, Argentina has enacted a wind energy law that waspassed in 1998. Plans for building “wind parks” to power a number of the country’sprovinces are in the works.
