Once selected, the employee’sname will display to the right of the entered employee number. The system also denotes the lastchanged date on which that employee’s password was manipulated. There are four statuses of anemployee’s password:Normal: Employee is allowed to sign on using their Employee password.Force to Change at Next Signon: This option forces an employee to change their password atthe next sign-on session. Once the employee enters their number and current password, thesystem will prompt for a new password to be created.Reset: This option is used when an employee forgets their password. A prompt to enter andconfirm a reset password will display. This password should meet the current passwordcomplexity set in the control table.
