138System Management User GuideEnter an employee logname in the Just like User ID field and select Copy. This will allow only thefacility and department access settings to be copied from the Just like entry to the selected UserID. Other information will need to be added to the User ID if needed.Logging into ClientwareOnce the setup for each facility is complete, the login is ready to be used. The default passwordfor all new login creations is assigned by the System Administrator. The first time a user logs in,this password will be used and a prompt to enter a new password will display.NOTE: Contact CPSI IT Support to create a default password for a particular facility. If no defaultpassword is created, the password will be NewLogin66.Use the following steps to log in:1. Open ClientWare.Figure 4.83 ClientWare Login2. Enter the new login created in the User field.3.
