War Crimes Modification Board review of the case of Fritz Schallenberg,<br />

Mar. 5, 1951, with prison discharge certificate, Jan. 1952<br />

ETO Case 000­Mauthausen­16, U.S. v. Rudolf Lamm, was tried at<br />

Dachau, Germany, during the period May 27–28, 1947, before a General<br />

Military Government Court. The defendant, a Waffen SS sergeant, was<br />

accused of participating in the killing of inmates at Mauthausen<br />

Concentration Camp <strong>and</strong> the sub­<strong>camp</strong> Wiener­Neudorf. As approved<br />

by the reviewing authority, Lamm was sentenced to life in prison.<br />
