WHY DID THEY BECOME MUSLIMS? The book Why Did They Become Muslims consists of 3 sections. Section I is a book of Islam and Christianity. Information about Prophets, books, religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) is given, conditions of being a true Muslim are explained, the words of those filled with admiration for Islam and the lives of 42 people who being a member of other religions chose Islam are narrated. Section II is a book of the Qur’an-ı Karîm and the Torah and the Bibles as of Today. Information about today’s Torah and Bibles is given, errors in the Bible are explained; that the Qur’an-ı Karîm is the last and unchangeable book is explained scientifically. Besides, explained are miracles, virtues, moral practices and habits of Muhammad ´alayhissalâm. Section III is a book of Islam and Other Religions. That Islam is not a religion of savageness, that a true Muslim is not ignorant, that there can be no philosophy in Islam are explained along with explanations of primitive religions and celestial religions.

gave [sent there] his only son, [that is, the person he loved very<br />

much,] that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but<br />

have everlasting [endless] life,” to “For God so loveth the world,<br />

that he gave his only (begotten) Son, that whosoever believeth in<br />

him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Here, they used<br />

the English word ‘begotten’, which literally means ‘born’. On the<br />

other hand, the fact that Allâhu ta’âlâ is ONE and that Îsâ (Jesus)<br />

‘alaihis-salâm’ was sent as a Prophet is stressed at many places of<br />

the Bible. Here are a few examples:<br />

“... Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:” (Mark: 12-<br />

29)<br />

“Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that<br />

the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth<br />

beneath: there is none else.” (Deut: 4-39)<br />

“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:” “And<br />

thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all<br />

thy soul, and with all thy might.” (Deut: 6-4,5)<br />

“See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no God with me:<br />

...” (Deut: 32-39)<br />

“To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? Saith the<br />

Holy One.” “Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath<br />

created these things, ...” (Is: 40-25, 26)<br />

“Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom<br />

I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand<br />

that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall<br />

there be after me.” “I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there<br />

is no saviour.” “... saith the LORD, that I am God.” (Is: 43-10, 11,<br />

12)<br />

“Thus saith the LORD...; I am the first, and I am the last; and<br />

beside me there is no God.” (Is: 44-6)<br />

“I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside<br />

me: ...” (Is: 45-5)<br />

“For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God<br />

Himself that formed the earth and made it; He hath established it,<br />

He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited: I am the<br />

LORD; and there is none else.” (Is: 45-18)<br />

“... have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me;<br />

a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.” “Look unto<br />
