Bureau d’Etudes Matriche, established in 1962 by Mr. Julien<br />
Matriche, AILg civil engineer, and managed since 1985 by<br />
Mr. Roger Matriche, AIrBr civil engineer, has been continuously<br />
active, for more than 40 years, in the domain of stability.<br />
All techniques relating to stability, in the field of new constructions<br />
as well as restorations or rehabilitations, are covered.<br />
The number of projects dealt with is around 200 to 300 per<br />
year, and among them, one third of restorations. The annual<br />
turnover is above 800.000 Euro. The total number of projects<br />
studied until today is greater than 9400.<br />
All kind of materials are used and mastered: prestressed and<br />
reinforced concrete, wood, glued laminated timber, steel,<br />
masonry, inox,…<br />
The acquired experience, know-how and means allow the<br />
office to invest itself in expertise and arbitrage missions dealing<br />
with stability.<br />
Bureau d’Etude Matriche collaborates with 4 full-time civil engineers<br />
and 5 full-time drawers and technicians. The current size<br />
of the office is a deliberate choice, aiming at keeping a personal<br />
and human contact between all the partners while making it<br />
possible to deal with complex and bulky projects.<br />
The office is fully equipped with up to date IT equipment and<br />
software (Autocad 2006, SCIA•ESA PT,…).<br />
Current projects include blocks of apartments, prestigious<br />
residential development in the old centre of Brussels, a purification<br />
plant, a barrack of firemen, convalescent homes, some<br />
individual houses, store transformations, 17.000m² industrial<br />
building, office buildings,…<br />
A harmonious balance between public and private works,<br />
new constructions and renovations, as well as small and huge<br />
projects is carefully preserved in order to conserve the practice<br />
of the multiple facets that compose the job of consulting<br />
engineer.<br />
