beneath whose domes moulder <strong>the</strong> remains <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> Memlook Sultans <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> Circassian kings<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>Egypt</strong>— a race long since swept aw^ay !—while<br />

beyond flows <strong>the</strong> broad Nile, <strong>and</strong>, stretching<br />
