With 'the appro<strong>ac</strong>hing General Election, the A, 54S, ,<br />

again in Juno circularised all Parliamentary candidates<br />

with a resolution urging that the railway, be built, two<br />

by Mount joy Jephson originally designed for Cha nborc <strong>of</strong><br />

Connerce, It was stated that the Jephson letter had<br />

nothing to do with the AS, 56 but nothing was said as to<br />
