A supply cha<strong>in</strong> is a cha<strong>in</strong> or progression beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g with raw material and end<strong>in</strong>g with the<br />
sale of the f<strong>in</strong>ished product or service. It represents the flow of materials, <strong>in</strong>formation, and<br />
f<strong>in</strong>ances as they move <strong>in</strong> a process from supplier <strong>to</strong> manufacturer <strong>to</strong> wholesaler <strong>to</strong> retailer<br />
<strong>to</strong> consumer.<br />
