4.4 Public order interdictions<br />

4.4.1 AVMS DIRECTIVE<br />

Audiovisual commercial communications must not:<br />

include any discrimination on grounds of race, sex, or nationality;<br />

be offensive to religious or political beliefs;<br />

encourage behaviour prejudicial to health or to safety;<br />

encourage behaviour prejudicial to the protection of the environment.<br />

4.4.2 Serbia<br />

The above referenced public order requirements are addressed in Article 7 et. Seq. of the Law on<br />

Advertising.<br />

Tobacco advertising ban<br />

4.4.3 AVMS-Directive<br />

All forms of audiovisual commercial communications and teleshopping for cigarettes and other tobacco<br />

products shall be prohibited.<br />

4.4.4 Serbia<br />

Article 64 of the Law on Advertising addresses the issue.<br />

4.5 Alcohol advertising rules<br />

4.5.1 AVMS Directive<br />

Audiovisual commercial communications for alcoholic beverages must not be aimed at minors and may not<br />

encourage immoderate consumption of such beverages.<br />

4.5.2 Serbia<br />

Article 68 of the Law on Advertising addresses the issue.<br />
