Radio stations on a foreign train may be used on the railways in the territory of<br />
the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the international agreements binding on the<br />
Republic of Serbia.<br />
Validity of Radio Station License<br />
Article 74<br />
A radio station license is valid for 10 years, except for the licenses for radio<br />
station on board aircraft or ships, whose duration period depends on the flying or sailing<br />
capability of the aircraft or ship.<br />
Notwithstanding the provision of paragraph 1 of this Article, radio station<br />
licenses with a limited duration period may be granted at the request of the radio station<br />
license holder.<br />
Radio station licenses that are granted to radio and television broadcasters at the<br />
request of the broadcasting regulatory body shall be granted for the period specified by<br />
the broadcasting regulatory body in the broadcasting license.<br />
Period of duration of the radio station license can be extended at the request of<br />
the license holder, where the radio station license holder must apply for the renewal of<br />
the license not later than 60 days before the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph<br />
1 of this Article, unless otherwise stipulated under special regulations.<br />
If the Agency accepts the application referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article, it<br />
issues a new license for the radio station for which it determines a new duration period,<br />
under the same conditions as in the case of the license whose duration period is being<br />
extended.<br />
Expiration of Radio Station License<br />
Article 75<br />
A radio station license shall cease to be valid upon:<br />
1. expiry of the duration period;<br />
2. expiry of the period for putting the radio station into operation, if the deadline for<br />
putting the radio station into operation has not been met.<br />
3. dissolution of the radio station license holder, if the radio station license has been<br />
issued to a legal person;<br />
4. death of the radio station owner, if the radio station license has been issued to a<br />
physical person;<br />
5. cessation of the need for radio communications;<br />
6. permanent ban on the use of the radio station;<br />
7. disposal or write-off of the radio station; or<br />
8. annulment of the license in accordance with this Law.<br />
If radio station license holders change their name or title, they shall have to obtain a<br />
new radio station license.<br />
Modification of Terms and Conditions of Radio Station License<br />
Article 76<br />
Should the need arise, the terms and conditions specified in a radio station<br />
license may be modified in the course of the radio station operation.<br />
The Agency may modify the terms and conditions from paragraph 1 of this<br />
Article at the request of the radio station license holder. In this case the Agency issues a<br />
new license for the radio station, thereby invalidating the previously issued license.<br />
If in the course of the operation of a radio station, a modification is made in the<br />
Allocation Plan, Assignment Plans or in the regulations on the use of radio stations, the<br />
radio station license holder is under an obligation to ensure, at the request of the Agency<br />
and at its own expense, that the operation of the radio station complies with the<br />
modifications.<br />
Annulment of Radio Station License<br />
Article 77<br />
A radio station license may be annulled if:<br />
1. the terms and conditions stipulated in this Law or in the radio station license have<br />
not been fulfilled;<br />
2. it is established that the application for the radio station license contains false<br />
information;<br />
3. the rights acquired by the license cease to exist;<br />
4. the related radio and television broadcasting license expires, is revoked under the<br />
decision of the broadcasting regulatory body or otherwise ceases to be valid, in<br />
accordance with the broadcasting law;<br />
5. the fee for the use of radio frequencies has not been paid;<br />
6. the allocation of the frequency band changes or if public needs having priority arise<br />
