Recommendation
It is recommended that Serbia takes the following steps to benefit from the Digital Dividend:
The RBA establishes an expert committee with representatives from the media, cable, public administration,
industry, and culture and industry sectors to prepare a coherent strategy and action plans for the Digital
Dividend for Serbia over the next 10 years.
Implements technical regulation based on detailed input from the industry on digital dividend to prevent
interference between digital services.
