A certified copy of the sentence shall be served to each party within three days upon the pronouncement of the sentence.<br />

If the court concurs to the plaintiff's request for the publication of a reply i.e. correction, it shall order in the sentence the defendant to publish<br />

the reply i.e. correction within the deadline specified in Articles 50 and 51 and in the manner set out in Article 56 of this Law.<br />

Appeal and Motion for a Retrial over the Publication of a Reply<br />

Article 65<br />

The litigants may file an appeal within five days from the day they have been served a certified copy of the sentence.<br />

The appeal shall not be served to the opposing party for a response.<br />

The provision on presenting a submission by telegraph envisaged by a separate law on litigations shall not apply to lawsuits over the publication<br />

of a reply.<br />

A properly and timely filed appeal, together with all the case files, shall be presented by the first-degree court to the second-degree court within<br />

two days upon reception of the appeal.<br />

The second-degree court shall rule on the appeal within five days upon reception of the appeal and the case files.<br />

A motion for a retrial may be presented for reasons set forth in items 1), 2), 4), 5), and 6) of Article 421 of the Law on Litigation and shall be<br />

presented within eight days from learning the reason wherefore a retrial is requested and not later than 30 days from the day the sentence<br />

became legally binding.<br />

No revision of the ruling of the second-degree court may be requested.<br />
