Description of display level parameters<br />

The following description explains the parameters that may be accessed<br />

via the and keys once the display level has been launched (with<br />

the or key).<br />

– Maximum humidification output<br />

Maximum spraying capacity in kg/hr.<br />

– Current humidification output<br />

Current spraying capacity in kg/hr.<br />

Note: The actual spraying capacity may differ from the displayed value<br />

depending on the current spraying pressure.<br />

– Analog input (humidification request)<br />

Current signal value at the analog input in % of the maximum value.<br />

Note: If the internal controller is active the displayed value corresponds<br />

to the current ambient humidity in %rh.<br />

– Booster pump internal/external<br />

This display indicates whether the control unit is configured to work with<br />

an internal or external booster pump.<br />

– Conductance<br />

Current conductance of the permeate in µS.<br />

– Permeate limit<br />

Selected limit value of permeate conductance in µS.<br />

Note: If this value is exceeded in operation, the drain valve (Y5) of the<br />

connector box is opened until the conductance of the permeate drops<br />

below the given limit value again.<br />

– Spraying capacity of spray valve 1<br />

Nominal spraying capacity of open spray valve 1 (Y6) in kg/hr (at a<br />

spraying pressure of approximately 7 bar).<br />

– Spraying capacity of spray valve 2<br />

Nominal spraying capacity of open spray valve 2 (Y7) in kg/hr (at a<br />

spraying pressure of approximately 7 bar).<br />

– Spraying capacity of spray valve 3 (option)<br />

Nominal spraying capacity of open spray valve 3 (Y8) in kg/hr (at a<br />

spraying pressure of approximately 7 bar).<br />

Note: A nominal spraying capacity value of 0 is displayed if the optional<br />

spray valve 3 is not available.<br />

– Starting point of booster pump<br />

Starting point of the booster pump in % of the maximum humidification<br />

request.<br />

Note: This parameter is available only if the control unit is configured to<br />

work with an internal booster pump.
