– Analog signal<br />

Selection of the analog signal range.<br />

Factory setting: 0-10 Vdc<br />

Optional settings: 0-20 Vpa (phase-control), 0-10 Vdc, 2-10 Vdc, 0-<br />

5 Vdc (step control board), 1-5 Vdc, 0-1 Vdc,<br />

0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and 0-8.2 Vdc<br />

Note: The value in brackets is the current value in % of the maximum<br />

signal or the current ambient humidity in %rh, respectively.<br />

Caution! The signal ranges 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA must be selected<br />

only if a sensor operating at current signals is used, otherwise the control<br />

may be damaged.<br />

– Display of current permeate conductance<br />

Note: Display function only, no setting options.<br />

– Maintenance interval<br />

This setting determines in what intervals the display will be prompting<br />

you for maintenance.<br />

Factory setting: 2000 hours<br />

Optional settings: 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000 or 10000 hours<br />

– Output limitation<br />

Sets the output-limit value in % of the maximum output capacity.<br />

Factory setting: 100 %<br />

Setting range: 10 - 100 %<br />

Note: This parameter may be used to limit the maximum output in case<br />

the humidification capacity of the hybrid humidifier exceeds the current<br />

humidification requirements of the facility.<br />

– Controller function<br />

Activation (on) or deactivation (off) of the internal PI controller.<br />

Factory setting: off<br />

Optional settings: on (PI controller active), off (PI controller inactive)<br />

Caution! Do not activate the internal controller if an external controller<br />

is connected. The internal controller interprets the analog signal of the<br />

external controller as the actual humidity value captured by a sensor. If<br />

the analog signal is 0% in this case, the internal controller activates 100%<br />

humidification capacity which could lead to excessive humidification.<br />

– Nominal value of relative humidity<br />

Setting of the nominal humidity value in %rh.<br />

Note: This parameter is available only if the internal PI controller is<br />

active.<br />

Factory setting: 45 %rh<br />

Setting range: 10 - 100 %rh<br />
