BNI Center Mine and the Milton R. Young
powerplant in Center, North Dakota.
For potential users of the technology, Rosebud
SynCoal Partnership is offering to test low-rank
coal at the demonstration plant in Montana free

of charge. The partnership also will provide a
written report and bulk samples of the cleaned
coal. A sample of at least 1,000 tons of coal
must be provided.
