<strong>of</strong> M. Aurelius another colony from Pergamus. On one <strong>of</strong> the following <strong>coins</strong> <strong>of</strong> M. Aurelius occur<br />

the names <strong>of</strong> the Cilbiani, the Nicseenses, and the Pergameni. The <strong>coins</strong> <strong>of</strong> the Upper Cilbiani extend<br />

from Augustus to Geta, and those <strong>of</strong> the Lower Cilbiani, assuming them to be those bearing the names<br />

<strong>of</strong> the people <strong>of</strong> Nicoea and Pergamum, have the same extent. The <strong>coins</strong> inscribed KiXpiavAv tSiv<br />

KCLTii) are <strong>of</strong> Augustus only. Of the Caystriani we have none but autonomous <strong>coins</strong>.<br />
