A new and permanent trust deed (in <strong>the</strong> custody <strong>of</strong> Messrs. Harding
and Son, solicitors, Birmingham) was at once executed by <strong>the</strong> six remaining
trustees <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> original deed, viz. :-
