%W22.7 VERBR4 Spindle 4 power<br />

VERBR4 = 0: Indicates to the CNC that spindle 4 power is on<br />

VERBR4 = 1: Indicates to the CNC that spindle 4 is <strong>manual</strong>ly inhibited or locked<br />

%W22.6 VERBR3 Spindle 3 power<br />

Same as VERBR4 for spindle 3<br />

%W22.5 VERBR2 Spindle 2 power<br />

Same as VERBR4 for spindle 2<br />

%W22.4 VERBR1 Spindle 1 power<br />

Same as VERBR4 for spindle 1<br />

%W22.3 STOPBR4 Spindle 4 stop requested by the PLC <strong>function</strong><br />

Latched command. The spindle remains stopped as long as this bit remains set.<br />

When the bit is reset, the spindle can begin rotating again.<br />

Set to enable spindle <strong>control</strong> by the automatic <strong>control</strong> <strong>function</strong>. The setting is<br />

transmitted to the axis card by C_VITBR2.<br />

Variable Mnemonic Description<br />

%W24.W C_VITBR1 Spindle 1 Speed Setting<br />

Used to send the spindle servo-drive reference in binary code on 14 bits plus<br />

sign.<br />

Bit 15 of C_VITBR1 gives the sign of the setting.<br />

%W26.W C_VITBR2 Spindle 2 Speed Setting<br />

Same as C_VITBT1 for spindle 2.<br />

%W28.W C_VITBR3 Spindle 3 Speed Setting<br />

Same as C_VITBR1 for spindle 3.<br />

%W2A.W C_VITBR4 Spindle 4 Speed Setting<br />

Same as C_VITBR1 for spindle 4.<br />
