The transmission is to be lubricated all year round with<br />

SAE 90 or SAE 90 EP gear oil. The lubricant level should be<br />

inspected every 3,000 miles and lubricant added as required.<br />

Every 6,000 miles, the transmission case should be drained,<br />

flushed and refilled with a fresh change of SAE 90 or SAE<br />

90 EP gear oil.<br />

Other units* The steering gear, water pump, wheel<br />

bearings, and grease gun connections each require a specific<br />

type of lubricant. Only operators familiar with these requirements<br />

and having the right materials should be permitted to<br />

lubricate the car.<br />

Shock absorbers... Check fluidlevel every 6,000 miles<br />

Brakes Check fluidlevel every 6,000 miles<br />

Cooling system Flush twice a year—Spring and Fall<br />

Gasoline Lines and<br />

Strainers Clean out twice a year—Spring and Fall<br />

Engine Oil Pan. . .Remove and clean once a year<br />

Tires Interchange, left to right and front to<br />

rear, every 4,000 miles.<br />
