This includes salary, performance related pay, severance payments and benefits in kind where applicable but excludes employer pension contributions. This is based on an annualised full time total staff equivalent remuneration as at the reporting period date.The movement in the above ratio of -4.2% is due to the increased staff numbers through the merger with Wiltshire Community Services.
